About Moonlight
Help at home, from people who stay.
We send certified home health aides into New Jersey homes to help with the everyday things that illness, injury or age have made hard.
Bathing, getting dressed, getting to the kitchen table. Small things that decide whether someone can keep living at home. We help with them, and we keep the family and the doctor in the loop.
- A nurse visits first. The care plan is written with the family, in the home.
- The same aide, week after week. We match carefully and keep it consistent.
- You always know how it's going. Families and doctors hear from us, not the other way around.
What we do
What home care can help with
Hands-on help with daily living, given by trained aides in the patient's own home.

Personal care
Bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
Mobility and meals
Feeding, transfers, walking and getting around safely.
Around the house
Meal preparation and household tasks related to the patient's care.
Errands
Laundry and shopping related to care needs.
Appointments
Someone to go along to medical appointments.
Independence
Relearning household skills and staying independent at home.
Household duties aren't offered on their own. They come with care when the patient also needs help with an ADL or IADL.
Who qualifies
Home care is a good fit when someone…
needs a hand with daily living
Help with at least one daily activity (an ADL) like bathing, dressing, toileting, eating or moving around, or with related tasks (IADLs).
